Inspect Services
For over 20 years, Inspect Services’ goal has been to provide reliable inspection services for owners, landlords, property managers, architects, builders, developers and real estate professionals at all stages of design, building and selling residential and commercial properties. Chuck Melocco, our founder, has now retired. Scott Henderson worked closely with Chuck and has now taken over the day-to-day management and inspections in April 2021.
Scott Henderson
Scott has over 20 years of experience as an employing Colorado Real Estate broker and he co-owned and operated a property management business. This experience gives Scott a unique insight into the need for reliable and accurate home inspection and rental license inspections. Scott is also a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and a Certified Radon Tester through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
